At Crown Detailing, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible whenever possible. However, to ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all our customers, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice:

  • We appreciate receiving cancellations as early as possible. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another customer.
  • Cancellations made with 24 hours notice are free of charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice:

  • We understand that emergencies can happen. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
  • The cancellation fee will be 50$, depending on the specific circumstances. We encourage you to contact us to discuss the details.
